Salad Cosmo

Salad Cosmo

Toshio Nakada began his family company in 1948 in Japan. He began growing bean sprouts in 1955. His son, Masahiro Nakada, opened the USA facility in Dixon, CA in 1998, and mixed great family traditions by growing and supplying the freshest and healthiest product available.

Salad Cosmo offers the highest quality product using the latest available technology. It is a trusted producer of Variety Bean Sprouts: Mung, Alfalfa, Broccoli, Clover, Kaiware/Daikon, Onion, Sunflower and Spicy Sprouts.

Salad Cosmo is environmentally friendly, food safe and organically certified. They grow their products using only sparkling pure water from their wells and pride themselves on never using additives or other harmful chemicals. The company’s waste water is tested daily, weekly, and monthly before it is used to irrigate Alfalfa fields on its land and is reused once it re-charges the aquifer below. A lot of its packaging is recyclable and the sprouts that are returned or become waste products are composted and incorporated into the fields.

Enjoy their healthy products with the confidence of Science, Chemistry and Family Tradition!
